Great footage, super stable and easy to adjust!

At first, I was a little unsure of this mount, I also bought the PDQ magnetic mount as well and this one is so much better than that one. The strap mounts to every pack I have put it on. The Ram style mounting ball is easy to adjust and very sturdy. With the Gopro Hero 6 in camera stabilization, walking with the pack produced very stable and usable footage that will look great in post production and editing. I have used it walking through airports, using the Bird Scooters in Santa Monica, CA, hiking in the mountains of northern California, riding mountain bikes and motorcycles and my footage has all turned out great. A highly recommended mount!

Very neat product, stays on shoulder strap well, and with three mounting options makes it flexible to position camera where it makes sense. I use with an Oakley "Kitchen Sink" backpack and works great. No slipping, mount is sturdy and doesn't require readjustment due to walking/hiking

This product is very versatile. It comes with enough adapters to attach the GoPro or a Gimbal with the GoPRo or other type of action camera that has a tripod thread. It has three locations where you can actually place the camera so it can be higher, middle or lower part of the strap. Fist I though it was not going to be steady enough. Boy was I wrong. I strapped it to my camera back pack and it didn't move. It is rock solid steady. I like the ball joint because it allows almost unlimited positioning of the camera. The camera is also solid in place one you tighten it. The base is curved so you can put it on either side of your body as well as higher or lower on the straps. Depending on the cushion of your backpack straps you might not even feel the base. I didn't feel it at all on mine. I am now ready to go on my two week trip and be able to record video of where I am going and have two free hands.

I used this on a recent trip to Costa rica, with an Olympus TG-Tracker mounted, and it was great. Got tons of great footage across the entire trip. Really made for some great hiking shots to use as B-roll. Velcro held across several river crossings, and being drenched in sweat. Attached and detached quickly and easily from my bag. What more could you ask for in a mount like this?

This is a great shoulder mount and keeps the camera very secure. I had the opportunity to use it recently and it keep the go pro secure at the angle I set it at while horseback riding.
