After a disappointing experience with Wayfair, I decided to roll the dice and go with the best. I don't even know what to say. I was so scared to sit in it for the first time because I'm a big dude, 400lbs (all muscle, I wish) but it supports me perfectly.
A tear fell from my eyes in joy as I tried out all the buttons. The power head rest is just amazing. I've never felt more happy to be a human. This chair is nicer than my car.
Only thing I could nitpick is, theres no adjustment for brightness of the blue lights, they are very bright in a small room, but you can just turn em off.
Delivery guys were awesome and brought it right to my living room. The packaging done right and no damage. Movie night tonight!

This recliner came in a very heavy (180lbs) box but flew together quickly.
The leather is fabulous!
The motors are quick and quiet, it's smooth and looks well built.
What I don't understand is the "ambient lighting" which are blinding blue LEDs underneath.
They certainly aren't "ambient" but look like blue aircraft landing lights.
I imagine they'd be great at night if you drop something in the carpet, otherwise the lighting is useless.
You can see in the second photo that the blue light on the wall is almost as bright as the big TV.
That's a huge distraction.
Oh yes... the recliner's quite comfortable btw.

Love these chairs. We bought 2 of them. Delivery was fast and chairs were shipped well padded. Easy to install the few items that needed to be added for completion. LOVE IT! Love the comfort of my chair where my back, bottom and legs are supported like never before! Leather upholstery gives the look and feel of elegance. Power headrest does no good for me since I am only 5'1" so my head never touches it. As for the price, I would have expected power lumbar support and a massage feature. At the very least, the Shaker box should have been included.
