The couch i s nice to look at but the material that the couch is made of is horrible it snagged from the Velcro on the pillows and the threads came loose from minimal sitting on. Then when i attempted to return could not get anyone to answer the phone got voice mail and it was full for customer service . So i had couch less the 2 months . I printed out how to return it and they wanted original packing and could not get anyone on phone to see if I shipped in new box if I would get refund . So didn't invest money to ship back since I could not get any info from company. I would never purchase this product was a complete loss for me .

First of all the box came so messed up, I was so scared to open it. The cushions were exposed. It was bad , but luckily everything was ok. The instructions weren't to clear. But once you knew what to do it was pretty easy. The color is perfect. It's kinda hard, but the more you sit in it the better. I live in a very small apartment and this couch fits perfectly. It does snag easily. But I think it's great for the price.
