These are adequately comfortable for when I weight lift, but not adequate when bicycling, jogging, etc. They tend to be a little scratchy in the pouch and around the leg straps. The pouch is comfortable during workouts, excellent in fact. But if you intend to wear these during sex play, the pouch can be a little scratchy on an erect penis - you may need to adjust things for comfort. For working out, like bicycling or jogging, the leg straps are a little scratchy. You can get used to it, but you notice right way. The look and construction are terrific, I can think of nothing negative about those two aspects. Even with the scratchiness, I would still recommend these to people.
