Good product works flawless although the first one that I received did not work. I contacted customer service and after a couple questions they did not hesitate to replace it at no charge.

I installed this on a 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I have an after market stereo: Pioneer AVH-X491BHS.
Initially when I installed it, I was getting an error from the stereo saying: Incompatible USB. At the time, I had plugged the USB socket port cable to the USB cable that came with the Pioneer stereo. Once I removed the USB cable that came with the Pioneer stereo and plugged in the USB socket port cable directly to the stereo, the error went away.
I had contacted MOTONG with the above error. They promptly responded. They were very prompt and courteous. I did notify them that I had figured out the issue and that it was not their problem.

Just what I've been looking for can charger my phone and iPod at the same time, product makes my truck look neat especially with the wires and product design. You need this if your traveling alot.. A must Have.
