I really like these covers because of their super soft material. Most others I've found are not anything close to how soft and plush these are. They aren't as thick and heavy as the other flannel feeling covers and they look great on my little one's crib too. Very easy to put on and take off to wash.

The one and only thing I would say that could be improved would be to include some sort of waterproof or water resistance factor to them. Maybe by including a liner or something of that nature, similar to a changing pad liner and how the underside has plastic on it. They protect the crib from my little one eating the wood, but unfortunately because she still bites the railing, the drool soaks through the cover and then soaks the railing of the wooden crib. This caused the paint to fleck off. One morning I noticed paint near my child's mouth and went to investigate. Upon removing the cover, I found the bare spot on the crib rail and tiny paint chips stuck to the underside of the rail cover. The pieces had fallen into her crib once the cover had dried and the paint chips could be shaken loose just by touching the covered railing.

Again, my only suggestion since children are still going to bite on the rails even if they are covered so having something to protect against the moisture would be helpful.

I ordered the narrow size for the side rails and the wide size for the front rail. The narrow covers are great. The wide cover... Not so much. The product description says it fits rails "up to" 18". This is only partially true. What they mean is that the ties will tie fine up to 18", however they fail to point out that the covers will only fit properly if the rail is exactly 18". My front rail is 14" and I have the ties as tight as they will go, but because the ties are on the very bottom of the fabric, there is no way to adjust it for rails smaller than 18". So it sags and is extremely loose and my baby can yank on the fabric and slide it around.

Also, it's only "reversible" if you cut off the massive hanging tags. The tags are sewn onto the white side, which seems strange to me as the product description depicts the white side as being the "front" and the colored side as being the back.

On the positive side, the narrow covers fit standard rails perfectly, they are very tight and don't move around. The fabric is very soft and they appear to be well made.

Pros:

- fits well

Cons:
The ties downs are a little long -- wish they were shorter. But seriously -- this is a general crib product so I can't complain much about this as some cribs rails are wider in the area you need to wrap vs some are narrower so they needed to make this in this manner. Maybe they could have shifted where the tie downs face the side more or are like a silk knot (use in men's cuff shirts to the middle on the outside edge)

Overall -- wife likes the product -- so it's good. Also in general we've been pleased with this company products in terms of bang for your buck.

This product is superb! I love how super soft it is to the touch. Reminds me of the minky material without the raised dots. I love that it's reversible and how easy it is to install. We made the mistake of applying one of those rubber adhesive bumpers to our crib rail. Our little one quickly figured out how to pull it off and unfortunately ripped a nice layer of paint and wood with it. This rail cover covers it completely and I don't have to worry about her hurting herself on the damaged rail underneath. I highly recommend this product. SUPER SOFT!!!

These are so great! My son got tall enough to chew on his crib railing and would do so every morning when he woke up. I had tried some DIY options and wish that I would have just sprung for these. The ties are sewn into one side, so baby can't get them off and pose a safety hazard. They feel like stuffed animals on the crib, and they look so much nicer than my rinky-dink setup from before. Highly recommend!
