You get what you pay for. It's not a difficult design. I bought this to use it to put up a flag pole off the back of my RV. First the box was torn open and some of the smaller pieces were missing. Then when I tried to install the piece that goes into the box steel there was a seam that ran down the center of the entire receiver hitch. After grinding the seam down I got the hitch piece to go in. I believe it will work for what I need, but still when there's an obvious flaw in the material it should be fixed before it's shipped. After reading other reviews I knew that there were flaws in the quality in the product. So if you're buying this thinking it will work right out of the box you might rethink and spend a few dollars more.
