We don't know yet we're still waiting on the results this was for my nephew and he was excited to receive it I will write this at a different time but we're just waiting so we're all excited as well to get the results Swiss for the year January this was on December 31st 2018 that he was given this as a gift I can tell you this much he was so excited to get this it's a great gift that really is and we're just waiting now on the results but the packaging was beautiful it was very clear and precise the directions so so far five thank you

I got a couple of emails from the lab pretending to be a robot telling me the humans are working on my results. As of now I havent gotten any results and its over 5 months now. 2 months ago someone from the lab called me and told me they are moving locations and they are sorry about the delay and would give me a refund on my credit card. No refund came . After all these factors how can I recommend this product to anyone? I cant

Just got my results back and it is really cool! The particular one I ordered, the Fit Test, is just what it says, it's about your "fitness" DNA. I was asked it this will tell you the types of food you should and the answer is no, not really. In the metabolism section of my fit test, it did list a couple recommendations but it did not go into a full detail. It did however, lead me to another test "What to feed your DNA" for $149. Which is why I only have this 4 stars....it seemed a little like bait and switch in my opinion. But, the fit test will tell you all about your fitness level, your muscle strength and recovery, your endurance, your metabolism, etc.. I feel that for the price, it should have given more nutritional information but that's just my opinion.
