I had to return mine after a trip as while I was on the trip my laptop was in the zipper laptop section and the zipper wouldn't move. It took 2 people all pulling on the material to make it exactly straight and 1 person dealing with the zipper portion to get it to open so I could get my laptop out. While that was incredibly frustrating as I chose this one specifically because it had that section to keep my laptop safe, the rest of the zippers worked great and it was really nice to have with me for my trip. I had shoulder surgery a few weeks before my trip and was having to do everything one-handed, so the wheels that rotate 360 degrees and the easy to use handle were incredibly helpful for getting on and off the planes and dealing with luggage through the crowded Las Vegas airport. I was able to put my backpack on top of it and wrap the straps around the handle so I could manage everything very easily for my physical limitations. The return process was very easy and the seller was great about the return and quick to issue a refund so I could replace the bag. I really appreciate that it was so easy and I wasn't given any problems about returning after it had been used since the issue happened while I was on my trip.

I had a high tech Bluesmart case, but the handle broke, it was way too small for more than 2-3 days, and I never really used the high tech features.plus, who wants to worry about charging a suitcase before trips?

I switched to this low tech, affordable option and it's working our great. Colors mean it's never mistaken for somebody else's, it can collapse and expand, it has great space, can secure items in place, and the travel pocket in center is perfect for stuffing in last minute items before going through security or sitting down on the plane.

I've always traveled with a duffel bag never a true carry on. I broke down and bought this and it's been the best thing I've ever ordered in my life. I carry a small duffel bag to go under the seat in front of me and it slides right around the handles and you can push this down the aisle in the plane sideways till you get to your seat. Awesome awesome

Fits in Southwest airlines overhead bins without any issues. Rolls nice across any surface. The only irritation is that the label is sewn onto the suitcase and is a real PITA to get off. Had to use a razor blade to remove 1/4" of the label that was sticking out from under the black plastic trim. The laptop are will hold a 15" laptop with no problem but won't hold a 17".

I purchased this bag to use as a carry-on for a United airline flight. This bag fits the required dimensions perfectly. I picked this bag because it was a hard case that would protect the contents and because it has four wheels. Having four wheels makes it so that I don't have to push or pull the luggage on just two wheels, I could push it much easier using all four wheels. Less stress on my back. It rolled nicely on tile and carpet.

The bag opens up from the center and separates into two sides. There is room for plenty if clothing, especially if you roll the clothing up (search online). I also used some of those small luggage packing mesh bags to keep small things together. Both sides have straps that hold everything down so items won't move around the luggage. This bag will extend a few inches with the simple task if unzipping a zipper.

My favorite feature is there is a hidden compartment built in the luggage to store such things as your tablet. You simply unzip, grab the tablet, put the tablet in a tub and pick it up on the other side of the X-ray machine. Simply slide it back into your bag and you are ready to go!

I ordered the black case with the red trim and am very happy with the way the bag looked. It was easy to find when they unloaded the bags plane side. I bought a matching duffel bag from Amazon, and it matches nicely. I sit it on top of the roller carry-on and attach the duffel bag handels with a small bunjie cord to the roller bags handle.
