I use rock tape a lot and thought this might add some pain relief. What it does do is your tape does not stick as well. I think it is because it causes more perspiration.

I'm giving this two stars because I searched the internet for "most powerful muscle relief balm", and several sources pointed to rocksauce. Not true. This formula is weak and lasts all of 3 minutes before it's effects are entirely gone. It's also overpriced. Get Tiger Balm or biofreeze instead. Stay clear.

This product works very well with the tape and seems to do a good job. I'm going to go ahead and give it 5 Stars although it did not help me with all of my pain only because I have fibromyalgia and not many products to help me with the pain. I did feel like the product was exactly as described and if you had regular muscle pain or something temporary it would be a good buy for you.
