I was so excited to get this in the mail! The bag it's self was great but the clip didn't close tightly. I'm not sure if maybe I just received a faulty one or not but other than that it's good. I just can't use it to hang my hair because the clip is too loose

So glad I bought this for my extensions. It keeps them nice and safe, and is also really easy to use. It came with a hanger and a zip up black and clear bag. There's a hole at the top of the bag so you can stick the top of the hanger through it to hang it on something, and the zipper glides very nicely.
I would highly recommend this if you don't already have something to hold your extensions. I used to just use the button close plastic bag container they came in, but I noticed every time it got moved the extensions would slide everywhere making them staticy, and tangled. It drove me nuts! However, this product prevents that from happening. Its meant to be hung so the extensions are able to hang straight without getting crimped, and the hanger holds the extensions tightly so they won't fall down. Great reliable product with a great price!

Okay I was literally SO MAD at first because it wasn't holding my extensions - I was wondering why, because it seemed like it was designed well but the hanger clip was attached weirdly. After some trial and error and googling how to use a hair extension hanger, I found another product just like it and was able to see the correct placement of the hanger which totally fixed my problem! I was honestly about to return this, immediately after opening, but now that I figured I'm keeping it because it really is great quality! I have 20" extensions that are 220 grams and they fit perfectly. I think the problem with the one star review in the photos is that the hanger plastic piece is attached to the metal which clasps the extensions backwards - I'll attach a photo.

I've had this product for a while now and I think it is good quality for the price. The hanger or how it is inserted inside the bag is not very practical but I don't remove what's inside and take it out of the hanger on a daily basis. I use it for storage and hang it in my closet. If your intention is to pull the hanger out frequently, it is not the most practical thing. And I can see why some reviews here say the hanger broke. Overall it is a good product.
