Used this product on and off over the years and would highly recommend. Few more dollars than straight silicone but well worth the price. Only negative is I Cheaper at my local hardware store than on amazon.
It does what it says

My aluminum porch roof had about 20 feet of cracks and gaps in between the panels. I've tried some flex products and they had minimal effect. We recently had lots of down pours so I squirted this stuff in to each leaking crack and 2 cartridges later there's no more leaks. It worked while it was raining so I could just keep chasing the drops. I'm keeping this stuff on hand from now on.
I like it a lot!

AWESOME! I used it to seal a small gap around a vent pipe on my roof. Worked very well! It's thicker than clear silicone and it's crystal clear. I doubt you could get it out of the tube if the tube temperature was very low. I applied it when it was about 70F outside. I have ordered more.
Try This Before Paying a chimney Repairman!

This stuff worked incredibly well for me. I had a leaking chimney when we got a heavy rain so I had two chimney repair companies take a look. Quotes of $5,500 and $7,200 for some tuck point, crack filling, sealing, a new crown and a few other items. Insane.
I decided to go the DIY route until I figured it out. Fortunately this was my first thing to try. First I used a stiff bristle brush and a screwdriver to clean out all the existing hardened sealer and crumbling cement. Then I spent about an hour squeezing this (very sticky) sealant into every single void I could find, whether I thought it was the culprit or not.
It's been over six months now with plenty of heavy rains and not a single drop inside the chimney. Time will tell how well it holds up but so far I'm very happy. And so is our bank account!!

This stuff is fantastic for many different uses!

If you're familiar with Shoo-Goop, this is the same thing.
Clear and very flexible, similar to silicone but more rubbery. Remains pliable for a long time and, even withstands continuos flexing.
Excellent adhesion to everything I've used it on from fabric, glass, wood and roof shingles. And, you can repair shoes with it.
Its my favorite all around adhesive.
