I like phone as it never gave me a problem and works well. Easy to activate and pay for as you go.

The phone is sleek and big the scrren is clear and bright the internet service is fast but it does freeze from time to time. The volume sucks I can barely hear anyone and speakerphone doesnt work, width keeps it from falling out my hand and I love that, the only problem is no hotspot its an all around good phone without those two things would definitely recommend it.

I ordered one and was very happy with it so I ordered another one. The second one did not come with the $40 plan, so I had to get it replaced (no questions asked by Amazon).
The phone itself is not bad for such a low price.
I did not renew the plan, but i now use the phone mostly as a mini "tablet." The kids watch YouTube videos on it and I connect it via bluetooth to my speakers to play music off of YouTube (better than using my regular phone because the music turns off when I want to do other things).
I also use the phone now as a baby monitor on WiFi.

The phone itself is great. The service on the other hand is definitely not the best. I live in Southeast Alaska. The phones work however the data is not working. To set up the service was difficult in itself and I had to explain several times that this phone was bought with the airtime bundle. I spent an hour on the phone to get the phone set up and working and it works, but definitely not like I had hoped. The service is not the best in Alaska and you wont be given an Alaska phone number.

It's a phone. I t makes calls and receives texts.
