40 tops/camis/ sweaters, 20 bottoms, holds all my books, underwear, socks, and hair products.
I fit all of that using the shelves and hangers.- I use one closet organizer strapped to the pole.
I recommend putting it on bed risers is you want to take advantage of floor space :) Or if you are taller than 5'7".

Just what I wanted. The only drawback is the top bar is very close to the wire shelf above it, so hangers push against it when they're removed. That makes it impossible to put anything on the top shelf. Since I'm only 5'4", that doesn't matter much to me. It's not a heavy duty unit, but that's fine. It was not described as heavy duty so I didn't expect that.

I just assembled it. It's simple enough, but the instructions are poorly written, so here are some new ones. Having some KY on hand will help with tight fits, and I used a Dremel to enlarge some of the holes.
There are large shelves labeled E and short shelves labeled D1 and D2(I did not notice a difference, so if you mess those up I wouldn't worry too much). Black plastic end pieces labeled A, B, C. Lastly, there are rods labeled F, G, and H.
The bottom shelf goes (from hanger side to shelf side) AEBD2A. The narrower end of E fits into B.
Next shelf, a small one, AD1A.
Next shelf, hanger rod, AHCD1A. (this is the H rod you can take out if you're hanging long stuff.
Small shelf, AD1A again.
Top, AEHBD2A. The H rod goes under the E shelf.
Stack those up using the G and F rods.
Photo shows how the H rod goes under the E shelf, and may be useful for those who want a more visual sense of scale. (The large feet at the bottom are furniture sliders, not part of the assembly.)
