Overall, this Helen's Asian Kitchen Natural Bamboo Stir Fry Spatula and Wok Tool works pretty well. It is durable as it is constructed from bamboo. It is good to use with non-stick surfaces. However, I have found if you are cooking food that sticks to the cookware, the edge is not sharp enough to peel off the stuck on food. Regardless, it is a decent spatula and I would recommend
