I read where some of say they are 'gummy' and etc. I have also tried 'Aldi's' wraps, they are NOT tortillas! Big difference! They were terrible, and I know for a fact, as I have purchased every brand and type of so called 'tortillas' on this planet! When I saw these and ordered them, I expected the same type of disappointment I feel every time I buy 'tortillas'. WELL, I AM SO THRILLED I NOT ONLY ORDERED THEM ONCE, BUT ORDERED 3 MORE CASES! I freeze them in the packages in a freezer proof bag, usually vacuum sealed, and when I need more, I take one package out and they come out soft and very pliable! The 'trick' is, use a 'comal' or cast iron or heavy bottom skillet, heat to very high, then lower to medium heat. Then, place the tortilla on it and let it bubble up, slightly, then flip and let it bubble up, slightly again. Don't let them sit on the heat too long, or they will become brittle and harden up. Place the cooked ones on a plate with a paper towel to keep moisture down. Hope this helps! I love my tortillas, ever so much!

These are amazing! One of the few things that are better tasting gluten free!! We stock up and freeze them since they don't sell them in Texas.
