Beautiful faucet! Love how it looks in our newly renovated bathroom. It is a louder faucet, which doesn't really bother me, but I think people should be aware in case it's an issue. This faucet also has surprisingly good water pressure considering it is waterfall design. (Might be why it seems louder??)The quality is great and it comes with the hot and cold faucet connectors. I do wish it had come with a matching sink stopper since I had to order one separately elsewhere(especially since the one I picked was a pain in the butt to install!). However, I can't hold that against the product since I knowingly ordered it without a stopper; on the bright side it did match the one I bought perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Looks nice but once you begin to tighten faucet down the metal begins to bend in the middle. If you leave it just snug the faucet will turn since it's not seated properly. I ordered a plate online from Hansgrohe 06490000 Baseplate, 6-Inch, Chrome which is solid brass and cannot crush, (much more money but worth it.) My suggestion would be to somehow support the hold with washers under the plate before trying to seat your faucet. My faucet was also a Hansgrohe single hole faucet.

I did hear from the seller who wanted to make good on his product and offer a refund or another plate. I followed Amazon's procedures for a refund of a defective product and have since received the refund.

I just received this faucet, and give it five stars for appearance. BUT!!, I have reservations about the unit's component parts. First, the aerating screen is apparently permanently fixed in place. Many are aware of lime build-up in their faucets, and I've dealt with the issue by removing the screw-on aerator and soaking in vinegar or lime-away, followed by a good scrubbing with a stiff-bristle brush. How would one deal with this issue in a fixed, inaccessible aerating screen? Second, the water supply lines come packed with the faucet, and there's a good reason for that. The faucet-end attachments are "odd/weird" small connections that screw directly into the recessed faucet base. I am accustomed to copper extensions that provide easily accessible under-the-sink connections to water supply hoses. If something goes wrong, and this faucet requires new lines, it will require completely disassembling the faucet from the sink to replace the supply lines, and where would you find replacements? The vendor? I'm pretty sure you won't be able to walk into your local hardware for replacement parts. Do you want a future-proof faucet that can be easily serviced? If that's your end-game, then this isn't the faucet for you. If you're interested in appearance, and don't mind tossing it when it goes south, you'll be happy with the style and appearance. Mine's going back.

Received and installed it today. Its a good replacement for the original one that was all scratched up on my sensor faucet. It is slightly bigger that the original one that came with my faucet, but no problem installing. The hole was the exact same size as the hole in my sink basin and it fit well. Use plumber putty to have a decent water seal of this plate to the sink. Because it is a bit bigger in width, you should be careful when tightening, that you don't cause it to cup where the faucet head meets this plate.

Powerful flow but there is a bit of noise with that flow. The noise is not a problem at all! Easy to use and my son and daughter in law said it was fairly easy to install minus the fact that our system had backward fittings. The handle moves quickly and quietly! The color is exactly as pictured.
