It Cooked great, but came with no gasket to connect the hose to the propane tank! So I used one that I had laying around, but it only worked one grill setting because it wasn't the proper gasket. Upon calling the C/S Dept for the Grill there answer was just send us your email & when we get parts for your grill we will let you know!! I said Really??? That's your answer ? Yup best I can do they said!! Just FYI
Awesome cooking portable grill

I've been looking for a good portable grill for a long time and think I have finally found what I'm looking for. For this price, it is an incredible value. It is the same grill from the same manufacturer rebranded by Cuisineart at 50 pct more. Check it out-so a great deal here, identical grill.

Note that I immediately swapped out the lp regulator for one with a higher capacity as I like grilling my steaks at a super high temp like many high end steakhouses, and enjoy steaks 'pittsburgh' style with extremely rare center but charred on outside. I also like grilling with a good 'char' flavor on most things. I don't see grilling with very low heat as the norm as it's like cooking over a candle-especially if there is some wind. So take note of those things.
After changing my regulator out to an adjustable one, i can crank it up big time and it does a wonderful job, but then I can lower it as low as I want to maintain low temp to use it as a smoker by putting chips in a pan or foil (poke a couple holes in top and use heavy foil and some hardwood chips) on one side with the flames on that side only. So it gives much more versatility, but it is not recommended by manufacturer so know that I'm not recommending you try this-I dont. I am just letting you know how I use it and why.
There does seem to be a common complaint on a couple of things: The knobs are said to strip out as you have to press them in and rotate to activate the igniter. I think the plastic gets soft around the shaft that has the flat spot when it gets hot. Ramping the grill up like I do I expect this to happen more quickly and I am going to look for some metal knobs that fit it. But with my adjustable regulator I can actually leave it on high and adjust using the regulator adjustment from totally off to cranking like an f32 fighter jet motor. Also, the welds on the box corners and sides seem to be tiny and I think over time the heat and contraction/expansion will cause failure. But it's all stainless and I will probably take it to a welding shop that does stainless tig welding and re enforce them as the grill is that good. I expect to have it many years. The stainless grate is key-very solid and will last forever. I am actually buying 4 of these so I can keep one in my rv, at summer house and have 2 to use for grillouts instead of a full size grill. Very portable, take it to the beach too, prop it on my tailgate (we drive onto beach here in Edgewater FL/Daytona) and grill seaside. Fun.
A con is that the bottom will collect grease and such if you don't have it burn off. People seem to not like flareups, but I enjoy the char flavor and it also burns off much of the gunk. I lined the bottom of mine with foil. Others say the grease and gook can build up and may leak out of corners that aren't sealed by welds if not level or a lot of juices/gook. That would definitely happen but lining with thick heavy foil and changing periodically is my solution. I may eventually use my plasma cutter to cut a slot that I can slide a piece of stainless into it to remove like my toaster oven has.
This is an awesome grill. It works great and is very reasonable. I highly recommend it!!

Have tested the grill and it worked well. It appears to be well made and will be using for camping trips with our RV. It is heavy (which is good) and the stainless steel grill rack is as heavily and well made as one I have on my top-end Weber Genesis outdoor grill. I also purchased from another vendor, and adapter so I could use it with some one pound tanks - more convenient for quick set-ups without having to use a larger tank from the RV or carrying a separate large gas tank.
I compared a number of these in person before I purchased this model.
