I'm 5'5 140 and I got an adult medium. the fit is exact so I would go up one size rather than down, the skirt is a bit tight on me but not too uncomfortable. I measured myself before I ordered and was one inch off the skirt and I can definitely tell lol. the top fits perfectly and was my exact measurement.
you also might want to buy biking/exercise shorts because the skirt doesn't have a lining like on the show, it's just pleats. overall it looks amazing!
