This is not a nut "butter" as is commonly understood, but rather a purée of sorts. The consistency is more like a very heavy cream, quite liquidy. Even after stirring thoroughly, it's still a very thick liquid. Nevertheless, it's a rich, lucious product which I have so far mostly enjoyed by dipping in a teaspoon and eating it straight out of the jar! I'm not sure how else to use it yet, as I'm not a fan of nut "milk", though I can imagine it could be used in any recipes that call for sesame paste (tahini). I will certainly enjoy exploring the possibilities!

I like this one. It is runny and you have to mix it but I keep mine in the fridge and have a spoon full here and there and when skipping a meal it is a good soft shot of protein.

This is the best almond butter I've ever tasted! If you've never tasted blanched almond butter before then this is your chance! It taste so amazing! So creamy (must give it a good mix upon opening). Spread it on toasted bread or add it your chia pudding! So delicious!

Recently I've had to modify what butter I use. I love nut butter and this has been the only one I can eat without sensitivity. Thank you for quality in taste!

Tasty. Was a little thin, so a bit more tricky to spread than peanut butter. Pricy. Cannot buy any more with this inflated economy. I'll have to settle for peanut butter.
