My son has an allergy to dyes but also refuses to drink milk or plain water and we found ourselves constantly giving him juice. I had horrible nightmares about his teeth rotting out of his head and started looking for different water enhancers that were dye free which is a lot easier than it sounds. After trying many we finally found Stur and now my son refuses anything else. It's cheapest for us to subscribe and get it monthly so that's what we do to ensure we never run out. His favorite is the strawberry watermelon. It's not a strong in your face taste. It's very suttle but still so good.

I bought a SodaStream Source Sparkling Water Maker Starter Kit, Black and after trying the plain carbonated water, I decided to try some flavorings. After looking at all the available products and reviews, I decided to first try the Stur line of syrups. I purchased the variety pack, the cocoanut-pineapple and the strawberry-watermelon. I am very happy with the product. I do not add the syrup to the SodaStream liter bottles - I keep those for water only. When I pour a glass of SodaStream carbonated water, I usually add some Stur syrup to the glass. My only complaint is that it is difficult at first to get the right amount of syrup. I like my carbonated water with just a hint of flavor, the minimum (as it turns out) that I can squeeze from the Stur containers. When I squeeze the Stur container, if I'm not careful, I end up with way too much syrup. The squeeze requires some pressure and you have to start very gently, then let up immediately when the syrup starts squirting out, kind of tricky. I would really like to have the syrup come out as drops rather than as a squirting stream. Otherwise, the flavors are quite good (except for the fruit punch, which I gave away), and I am happy to have them. Oh, I should also say that these are easily carried around in a briefcase or purse - just be sure that the cap is firmly in place!

My favorite flavor. My body doesn't retain fluids well, I get dangerously dehydrated fairly easily. My doctor has put me on a high salt diet and told me to drink Gatorade, I wasn't ok with all that added sugar. I need to drink more than just water, I need electrolytes as well, I suffer from POTS and CFS. I saw another's review on how she mixes this with water and cranberry juice. That was ok, but what I have found worked best, I used this, with double servings of Lyte Force electrolytes liquid concentrates. I was using a lot of the Stir with LyteForce, and it gets expensive so I tried other brands, Sweet Leaf, True Lemon, etc,but they all suck and because of that, I wouldn't drink it, and would feel horrible which defeated the whole purpose of what I was trying to accomplish. So I changed it up a little bit. I use the Pomgranate Cranberry, add one Super Fruit EmergenC, same flavor as Stir, (that way I use less Stir and bc it has electrolytes in it as well, I use less LyteForce too, just the recommended dose.) I also added LyteTrace to my regimen as well. I feel it adds a certain crispness to the flavor. I mix this with two 16oz. bottles of water, I also freeze some Stir and water mix in ice cube trays made for water bottles. (Big Lots.) I throw this mix in a 32oz hydro flask. Just shake before you drink. I also supplement with electrolyte capsules in the am and right before bed.

I tried this out of curiosity and found it added just the right touch to my bottled water to encourage me to drink at least 64 oz per day. Very nice flavor! I even bring it with me to restaurants now. I may try other flavors but for now, I'm very happy with this one. I'd highly recommend this to anyone wanting to add a bit of flavor to their hydration.

Due to my own mistake, I thought I had ordered coconut *only* water enhancer, not coconut-pineapple. I was disappointed and thought I would be sending it back. I'm REALLY GLAD I decided to open one and give it a try. It's just delicious. Tastes like fresh young coconut with just a touch of pineapple and a hint of sweetness without any weird stevia after-taste. I use it every day with plain or carbonated water over ice and for a lower-calorie drink mixer. I love water enhancers because you can use as little or as much as you like. I will buy more of this.
