Work good for replacement.
Didn't work for my Harbor Freight (Central Pneumatic) 21 Gallon Air Compressor

Bought for Harbor Freight 21 Gallon compressor because of description and another reviewer stating it solved their problem.
See Pictures, original Cold Start Valve on the left.
First, the outside of the threads on this are slightly larger (less than 1/32 inch or 0.7mm ) than the original so it could only be threaded in about 1/4 of the way.
The original valve has an exposed tip that sticks out a little so the valve can be manually opened.
And lastly, it didn't help with the compressors startup problem.
I've given this a one star review so that others will read this review and because I'm stuck with this since (despite being "Amazon Choice and Prime") free returns aren't offered and so it would cost more to return the item than it cost.
