I injured the tendon in my foot from running and got these to help provide support while healing. I wear one on the injured foot while at work then double up and put two on the injured foot while on my bike at home. It seems to help. It's not a magic fix obviously but it does seem to offer enough compression to get me through each day a little easier while I heal up.

After wearing them for a couple days my plantar pain is almost completely gone. Â The L/XL size fits my 12.5 nicely with good compression. I can tell when I take them off that they help with circulation. By a couple pairs if you're going to wear them every day like me. Like others recommended just roll them up when putting them on. Large opening goes over heel on ankle and smaller end towards toes.
