I really love this little table! My space is very limited and this fits perfect in there. The drop side works well. If I had followed the bad reviews I would not have purchased this table I'm so happy I did. Very sturdy and true to description. Assembling wasn't has bad as I thought it would be, I finished in less than 2 hours and I didn't have to ask for my boyfriend's help.

I cannot believe how many people left good reviews (reason I bought this table). I thought $120 was really low for a table, but after reading the reviews I went ahead and bought it. The legs are SO WOBBLY. The plastic parts that stop the pull-out parts (the pieces that pull out to hold the leaves) are supposed to be screwed into the table. The screws do not secure the plastic parts at all and are useless. The nuts that hold the legs to the base are extremely difficult to tighten because it is inside the base of the table. I have very small hands so I can't imagine someone with larger hands trying to to this. After lots of struggling, I finally tightened them very tight to where the legs didn't wobble (this is with the table upside down). I flipped it over, and the nuts became loose again! So I flipped it back upside down, made sure (again) that the nuts were tight, and flipped it upright again (making sure to put absolutely no pressure on the legs) Guess what? Loose! So I attempted to tighten them while the table was upright (aka can't see a damn thing I'm doing). The table is still wobbly. Also, it scratches VERY EASILY. So disappointed in this table. I know $120 looks like a bargain but not when the table is crap!

Wow. Simple to assemble and looks as good as furniture you'd pay twice the price for. I ordered the mahogany which is slightly darker than I expected but not at all that ebony-looking dark brown that doesn't go with much. There are two foldable leafs, Decent hinge hardware and finish on the surfaces that make contact. Overall fit and finish is very good and assembly out of the box is pretty straightforward with okay instructions. One caveat: on mine the holes were not pre-drilled for the the two 'stops' that are necessary to keep the foldable leafs up. If yours come like mine, don't get lazy and try to use the table without them. It's essential you 'wedge' those leaf/wings up firmly to avoid instability. You'll need a drill, a small bit to start pilot holes and enough skill to know how to not drill through to the finish on the top surface! You'll also have to do a bit of estimation to get those plastic wedges in the right place. If you're a bit unsure, use a partner to check out where they're best placed. Sorry East-West Furniture, but I had to knock of a star for this extra hassle. Hope you read this and get your quality contol folks to remedy this on such an otherwise great product. Hope this helps.
