Orchids delivered were in poor condition, 5 stems have no flowers, 35 or more flowers completely off the stem, and a total of 19 stems, not 20 delivered. Very disappointed, especially for my mother who was shocked to receive so many loose flowers and bare stems for mother's day. Paid extra for 2 day delivery to WA state so the positive was that they were delivered fast. But that doesn't make up for the shock of having flowerless stems.
