Stamps are cut wrong! AND OVER PRICED!

The stamps seemed fine, until I tried to take them off the wax paper. the lines were cut wrong so it chops off the bottom quarter of the top row of stamps and makes the bottom row taller than it should be. I had to cut the paper and put the sticker stamps together on the envelopes like a puzzle. very weird. hope the post office doesn't reject my cards.... AND JUST NOTICED THE PRICE IS WAY MORE THAN STAMPS SHOULD BE. I feel like an idiot for not computing the math there. These are ~$.69 each instead of $.49 each. Just wasted $17.85 bc I was too lazy to go to the post office and thought this was a good option.
