Excellent customer service and great product

I had an issue with the post office leaving the mealworms in the sun or something happened with them a couple of times and they were dead. This vendor sent me at no charge a very large replacement, all perfect sizes and all in perfect shape. I am very thankful for the way they took care of this problem, that I am sure was not even there fault. They have a customer for life with me.... my bearded dragons are also very happy.
Great product - slightly deceiving picture

Worms are good and bulk value pricing, but note the picture shows a plastic container and my worms didn't come in one. They come in a bag with paper inside...this isn't an issue in iteself, but the worms are EVERYWHERE inside the bag and paper and it took me about 10 min just to get the worms from the bag into my small container at home (shaking out of the bag and having to open the paper up makes for chasing runaway worms)). Next time I plan to open in an empty 5 gallon bucket while transferring to keep everything contained in one spot.
Great seller, great worms

I received my worms today and they are big and thriving!
On my first shipment we had an unexpected bout of heat and all the worms died in transit. The vendor responded to my concerns in less than an hour and directly shipped out a replacement.
Excellent seller that stands behind their live arrival guarantee, no questions asked. High recommendation.

It takes a few days before I receive my shipment. I had my brother open the box to make sure they were ok. I didn't see them until the next day. They came in a breathable bag with crumple paper inside. The stench was unpleasant but expected being in the bag for 5 days. I miss the plastic container it comes in before but there must be a reason for the change. Worms came in all different sizes but im not complaining. I love watching them grow. I even got a 3in super worm that scared me. The next day I realized a bunch didn't make it but it wasn't a lot. The rest seems to be healthy and okay. I would definitely order again!!
Arrived Alive!

On a 95 degree day these arrived alive and kicking (ok maybe not so much kicking). Because of the heat and the fact that my mail does not arrive until about 4pm I figured I would experience a high mortality rate but surprisingly, there were not any that I noticed were deceased although I did not expect every one. They arrived in one large plastic container. I separated them into three containers and they have been hanging out in my fridge for about a week now. I only have one animal I'm feeding so I'm hoping they will make it about a month. So far I have only found about 15 that have died (out of 1,000 I feel this is pretty good). Time will tell if they last the next few weeks as healthy. I will post a follow up if there is a high death rate. They look pretty good thought so I am not expecting to.
