It served its purpose...barely

Disappointed, handle tore right off the first time I picked it up. Didn't have time to return it, back straps seemed to be holding, needed it for patrol duty. One back strap frayed at the seam and tore out 3/4 through the season. Hardware ring broke on other side by the end of the season. I have not contacted the seller to replace it, the thing is so cheap I don't want another one. Served its purpose (like paying rent) for the season and am now looking onward.

Great bag. BUT too big for above seat storage on delta! I had to take boots out and store under my seat. No big deal til I had to wait til the plane emptied to fetch bag and put boots back in. If you're checking this is great. As a carry on, maybe only if you have little ski boots.

A very well-constructed pack

Very well-constructed, I have used the pack extensively and have had no issues really at all. The clasp that holds the helmet in place can be difficult to undo, so I have substituted an inexpensive carabiner at the connection point to the pack to make it easier to unhook but certainly the quality of the materials is very good. I would highly recommend the product.
