I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son and d in law and THEY love it. They feel like they are buying expensive little coffees at Fancy restaurants when they make their espresso and get the frothy milk with it! They thought it would take a bit to work it, etc, but were pleasantly surprised to find it was simple to set up and use. They highly recommend it.

Coffee/Espresso is prepared to the exact temperature I'd want it (just slightly hotter than drinking temperature).
Most of the capsule choices taste great and they're all very different. I was worried I'd miss my bean selection, but that hasn't been the case.
The only complaint I have is that coffee isn't very uniform after it's prepared, so I have to use a spoon if I want it to be uniform. Of course having only that as a complaint shows how good this machine is...

This machine is perfect for me. Based on other feedback, I specifically ordered the Vertuo Evoluo machine. No leaks, hot coffee, all of our cups and mugs fit - we've had none of the problems listed by other buyers! The machine itself is VERY well built (much better than the plastic pieces on our Keurig), heavy and substantial metal. The packaging was a bit much, because I prefer less packaging and more recycling, but the machine arrived in perfect condition. I love the fact that the coffee packaging is recyclable - just order the bag from them online, then fill it and send it back. The shipping is pre paid. They look like a box of truffles! The coffee - there is a wide range to choose from - is as promised: strong, flavorful and with a full crema on top. This machine also allows you to stop the cycle early for stronger coffee or lengthen the cycle for an Americano style cup. Easy to set up and use, looks great on the counter. For the money, I would buy this machine over any Keurig on the market.

Love this machine. Amazing coffee and expresso. Capsules are not cheap but overall way less than half the price you would pay at Bucky's and an amazingly better cup of coffee. Trying different types of coffee/expresso blends but all so far have been very tasty, even the milder varieties. Only very minor complaint is that it would be nice for the water reservoir have a low water indicator/light. The horizontal pattern on the reservoir make the water level a bit hard to see in low light.

I love this coffee/espresso maker! I have a Nespresso Citi espresso maker but I wanted one that brews regular coffee too. This unit is "The Bomb"!! It brews the best coffee with excellent crema! Yes the pods are a little more expensive, but it puts Starbucks to shame!
