English use instructions make no sense - which makes me wonder about this product

I think the masks will be fine but the instructions in English make no sense at all. It 's like a computer tried to translate from Chinese to English. This error in packaging (not check your translation to see if it makes sense) makes me concerned that the product isn't very well thought out. It seems pretty basic to make sure the use instructions make sense.
