This thing is a glorified piece of scrap. I ordered it as my first tool box because it's all I could afford as a helper in an industrial machine shop and it broke within three days.
The casters are held on by sheet metal bent into a circle and not supported by anything. All I did was roll my tool box to another bay and the itty bitty weak casters hung up on, wait for it, a small rock no more than an 1" diameter, and bent the sheet metal holding the caster and sent my tool box and everything in it straight to the ground. The only thing that wasn't totally screwed up was the top tool box, which is the only decent part of this tool box. So now that you know how fragile this piece of junk is, I'll tell you all of the bad stuff about it when it was "functioning".
All the drawers have a ton of slop and you have to open when both hands to keep the drawer from getting hung up on one side, only the top part has a locking mechanism, so if you don't want all of your large, expensive tools to be stolen, then don't even bother. The lower cabinet is of the lowest quality I've ever seen. It get hung up when it's fully open and you have to put just about enough force to almost rip it off to get it unstuck. And again the only drawers than can hold anything larger than a screw driver and a pop tart is the bottom drawers and cabinet DONT HAVE A LOCKING MECHANISM, this is a huge problem for me and many others because I'm gonna end up with many thousands of dollars in tooling, and I want more than someone's conciensce to stand between them and my expensive tools. And on top of all that, I've seen totaled cars delivered with less damage than this thing had when it was shipped. It kinda looked like it went down a conveyer belt with workers on either side with hammers just going at it.
I'm not even disappointed with this box, I'm pissed off at the lack of craftsmanship in the tool box, an item used by other craftsman.
But if you like overpaying for junk, then you'll love this. I recommend this to my enemy's.

Bought this for my husband to put his tools in and it is full already, but for the price it wasn't bad at all. Way cheaper than Lowe's.
This tool box is a waste of money

Don't buy ! Dents prior to packing . Cheaply made . I ended up using a Lowe's box instead. This tool box is a waste of money. Company never returned my email about the damage. Paint is cheap. !!
