Good quality and fit.

I recently purchased these for my new office chair which had semi hard armrest. This product was accurately advertised. I am very pleased wit the quality, performance and fit of these arm rest. They were easy to install and are very comfortable. I've had my coworkers check them out and want to know we're I got them. I am very pleased.

Good, but would be even better if the memory foam wrapped around the armrest (to soften the edges), rather than just sitting on top of the armrest. I do like the microfiber finish.
The item you don't know you need until you have it...

So I feel like this is one of those products you don't know you really want until you buy it. In my case it was more of a need simply b/c the armrests on my desk chair were falling apart to the point the metal underneath was showing and digging into my forearm and elbow. Due to that I needed something to cover it as it was annoying and painful. Now that I have them though I kind of wish I had purchased a set long ago.
These pads are very comfy, the reason I say they're the thing you don't know you need until you buy them though is b/c I wasn't really displeased with the stock armrests on my chair before they tore apart. There were no where near as comfortable as these but it's just not something you really think about. The second I put my elbows on these though I wished I'd had them all along. Outside of that I can't really say much about this item, it does exactly the thing I purchased them for and you can't ask for much more than that.
The one thing I was concerned about before I purchased these was how much they would slide around when I put weight on them. Thankfully the fit on my particular armrest is pretty snug so the "slosh" from me putting weight on them is minimal. That is the reason I only gave this item 4 stars, technically I give it 4.5 stars but that's not an option. While the movement is minimal it is still present, I wouldn't say it is a con b/c I would definitely recommend this product it's simply not perfect so I can't give it a perfect 5 stars is all.

Oh, it's heaven for my elbows. A little wider than the manufacturer armrests on my steelcase leap, but a fine fit.

I actually didn't think that my armrests were uncomfortable before using these. However, I started to notice that my elbows were feeling raw so I decided to give these a try. I actually can't imagine going without ever again.
These fit great, my armrests being the the maximum size that these can fit. They stay on without any issues and they are very soft and comfortable.
I would purchase again and I would recommend to anyone.
