Got this because my head and neck get so cold lately and scarves are kinda uncomfortable and hoodies never seem to be quite right, either the hood is too giant or heavy on the thicker materials or too clingy with the shirt-weight knits. But this is just right.
Lightweight, comes down far enough to keep that neck covered front and back, and if you leave the mask part down you don't even notice it's there when you're not using it. Soft and warm. I need some practice to get the mask to stay up the way I want but it feels a lot better than the masks that go over your ears. I got the navy, and I plan to order more colors to go with beige and red sweatshirts.
And after their initial amused reaction (ha ha you're a ninja! A Russian nesting doll! Batman! A chanting monk from Monty Python and the Holy Grail!...etc...) people then admit it actually looks nice/cute.
