Strap was tearing so the company sent us a new bag with better straps

I was so excited about this diaper bag when we got it. After 3 months the seam at the top of the straps started tearing and now after 5 months it is almost completely torn! The only things we put in the diaper bad is diaper, wipes, and maybe a bottle. We have never put anything heavy in it and it's to the point where we can't even use it anymore.
After I left this review the company contacted me and sent us a new bag. The straps now definitely seem to be re-inforced. Time will tell but as for now I am very impressed, especially with their customer service.
