I got this for my retainer. I liked that it was small enough to fit in our medicine cabinet. I put a cleaning tablet in with it everyday and for some reason the cup leaks. I've tried different levels of water, different types of cleaning tablets. If it's anything that "fizzes" it's like water gets trapped between the inner and outer layers and comes bubbling up the sides and out the top, even when everything is snapped together and sealed.

Others have commented that thisw cup is not water tight. I've never found a water tight case. I travel with mine all the time with no problems...I simply put it (empty) in a small ziplock bag and that solves that problem. Works very well, very roomy. Interior basket removes easily. This is far better than the other cups I have used. My top is not connected, comes completely off. No mirror inside....can't figure out who'd want one. This case is extremely sturdy and will not crack if jostled around inside a suitcase.

Arrived quickly and as expected. Purchased for my 15 year old son for his retainers. While a regular cup could do the job, something about having the "special" container with the strainer-function helps him be more responsible about remembering to sanitize the retainers. He is also better about actually placing the retainers in a protective case as opposed to wrapping the retainers in a paper towel and leaving them in random places around the house.

This was perfect for my Invisalign trays. I have a smaller travel container for everyday / work purposes, and keep this one at home for daily soaking with Retainer Brite (another highly recommended product if you've got Invisalign).
The strainer feature was way more helpful than I expected, and I'm pretty sure I can't live without a strainer tray anymore! :)
