Works good for my home made disposable indirect heat broiling system. Found some lasagna foil pans that I staple these to the top of (a heavy-duty is a wise investment for this project. I cut slits in the broiling pans for the grease/juices to be able to drain into the lasagna pan below to which it is a good idea to add water which prevents smoke and adds steam to whatever meat is being convection roasted on my gas grill. Could use wine or beer for the steam generator but why waste my beer? The smoke part? Soak wood chips over night, drain and place in the lasagna pan before stapling. After stapling the broiler pan and stapling, add your meat then cover with foil tent. Take full credit for all of this to prove your ingenuity!

I am very pleased with the quality of these disposable broiler pans. They are large enough to easily hold six pork chops or pieces of chicken or two large steaks. The grooves allow fats or liquids to drain away from the meats. So nice not to have to scrub a broiler pan.
