I'm not sure why there are bad reviews for this product. Not only did it come wrapped up tight, but it also has simple instructions on how to install. The best part, you don't need two people to install it. It comes with two sided sticky tape so you can position the piece right where you need it. After that, simply screw in the provided screws into the predrilled holes and you're done. It's definitely not going anywhere. DO BE WARNED, there is no back stop, so if you are hanging this somewhere there is not a wall behind, you will need to make sure you don't overshoot or put too many glasses in a push one out the other side.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. All I needed was a screwdriver and it was up in 5 minutes! You are getting what you pay for, so the edges can appear a little rough, but it is perfect for what we wanted!

The unit was well constructed and holds about a dozen wine glasses. Remember that the stemware can slip out both the front and the back of the unit and if there is no wall near the back of the unit as it is mounted the glasses could fall off the back of the unit. I attached a simple back stop to the rear of the unit consisting of a couple of wood spacers and a thin wood bar across the length of the back of the unit with some nails to prevent the stemware from slipping off the back of the unit since there was no wall to prevent this from happening at the location that I mounted the unit under the cabinet. It works very well.
