Our entire downstairs is hardwood floors and this thing works so awesome. Never be without one of these if you have a large wood floor to take care of. It so much faster and works great. Literally so fast this can be a daily ritual since it only takes a few minutes to do it all. That was my need since we have indoor dogs. I wanted a quality mop that wasn't going to need replacing. This thing is made tough and it going to last. The size is perfect for our house. Big enough to cover a large area but small and maneuverable enough to get around tight areas. Get one and you will be kicking yourself for never spending the $$ to get one of these long ago.

We have fancy old chestnut wood-panelling covering four walls that surround a room 14 feet up from the ground (expect for the windows), and we have wood floors. This mop-head and extending-pole allows us to dust the whole room (walls and floors) in seconds without the need for a ladder, or even to remove a single painting from the walls. The mop head picks up all the dust (we spray it with Endust). We use it, wash the mop head in the machine, dry it (let dry naturally) and the mop head is like new for the next use every time (and we use it at least weekly).
