So I thought, I purchased one of these thinking it would be perfect for an eight-year-old boy for Christmas. Even though I have five large RC Boats, I'm keeping this one and buying another one for the young guy. Let me list the good points about this boat. It came with everything with a rechargeable battery pack for the boat and I have the battery for the controller. All you need to get this little thing into the water. If you lift it out of the water, the motor is inhibited and won't start again until its back in the water.
