This product was a total life saver and our baby loves it! It gave me a place to put my baby down safely and the hood protected my baby from harsh lights or just gave him a little privacy when sleeping. He also loved the toy owls hanging. We were able to bring this with us whenever we had to visit relatives and was perfect for his naps when we were away from home. I only wished it had an option to open up at the ends or somehow extend longer when the baby gets a bit bigger. If your baby grows fast like mine, your time with this item may be very limited.

This is a great little portable bassinet to use if you are visiting with baby. Not too much cushion support for baby so shouldn't be used for long periods but it's good enough for using on the go. My daughter uses it for my granddaughter. I'm not crazy about a portable bassinet used on the floor for baby but you can also place it on the couch or table if you do not leave the baby unattended. The picture I posted shows the bassinet/lounge without the canopy which we removed at the time because it was not needed.

We have used this every night since my now three month old son was 2 weeks old. My son is thin so we rolled up two thick receiving blankets on either side in the center so he would feel snuggled while laying inside it. He can't roll over yet so I feel comfortable with the safety of it. He sleeps so well in it. First we had him in our bed, in the middle of my husband and I when he was very young, but we have since transitioned him to his own room. We put this inside his crib and still he sleeps great in it. We have been on vacation and used it then. The back pack feature is really nice because it truly is portable. We never use the hood/toys on it. I couldn't bring myself to spend all that money for a dock a tot and bought this has as a, "let's just see how it goes", and it's gone so well that I haven't thought twice about getting him a dock a tot!

I LOVE this baby lounge. I purchased for my newborn and he sleeps in it every night. I had a previous one without the sheep motif but it wasn't nearly as cute. This can be washed, used for travel or just at home. I would not live without it! Both of our kids slept in them and it seemed to add an extra sense of security from sleeping in their cribs. Would highly recommend to any parent!
