This is a very nice pot. The measurements in the photos are correct, so it's wider than it is tall. I have a small Christmas cactus in it on the corner of my sink and it fits perfectly I like the drain hole and the supplied screen for over the hole. And I like that it has a separate (not attached) saucer. The grey color can look bluish, grayish, or even a little greenish, depending on the background, which I like since my backsplash is blue. All in all, I am very happy with this. It should be a happy home for my Christmas cactus for the next year or so.
I think Vera will be so happy in her new home!

I have a black thumb, so had no clue how much a nice ceramic pot for a houseplant would wind up costing. However, I have an aloe vera that has thrived despite my solidly consistent neglect. It grew out of it's 3 inch baby pot, and since I'm still not convinced that I won't wind up inadvertently killing it someday, I didn't want to spend $30 on a new home. But I also wanted something pretty. Ceramic. With drainage holes. And a saucer to set the planter on to catch excess water.
I was asking for a lot. But I found this planter, and since it ticked all my boxes for less than $20 I decided to buy it.
It arrived today and it is SO pretty in person. The little saucer that goes underneath is pretty shallow and may wind up being useless. But I'm so happy with it overall that I'm okay with this.
