Have only tried it out at home to make sure it works before we take on a trip to a wedding and wanted it to freshen up suits and dresses. It worked awesome on the shirts I tried it on, noisey at first but then quieted down. There are sudden bursts of steam so you want to be careful of those. I did not try the crease iron attachment so can not comment on that. The directions are a bit lacking, I have never used a steamer before so besides telling me how to fill and start , usage directions would have been helpful, for ex. how close to hold to garments. The picture on the box shows the woman holding it with what I figured out later was the stand it looks like this is kept on while steaming, I learned that was not the case! So far happy with this, will change review if does not do the job on our trip.
