This dress is great for many occasions. It washes very easily and I had no problem with wrinkles. It is flattering on my pear shaped body (5'5" 178 lb. size XL). It is not sheer even thought the material does not feel heavy. I bought the navy and have worn it with pearls or scarves to adapt to the event I was attending.
