It's very concealable and only slightly irritating against the skin. I wore it to a car manufacturer show in the city today to try it out before our intended trip. Pickpockets will be encountered on our trip and today it was well possible.
The biggest complaint I have is the mesh divider pockets. The only thing they did was interfere with me slipping my wallet in and out of the large pocket. I cut it out with scissors as soon as I got home. The mesh back is a tiny bit scratchy and would be best with an undershirt on. Super concealable when you aren't fiddling with it though.

Pouch is very light and the color is good for under spring colors. The elastic is adjustable, which is good. I do however think the plastic closure could be a little sturdier, but it works. Works well worn in front or on the hip.
