LOVE LOVE LOVE the Copper Cookie Sheets. I only have one but will soon remedy that. No need for parchment paper or spray. Things just slide right off. You don't have to heat your oven quite as hot as the copper holds in the heat. Easy clean up which is also a 5 star in my book. I'm pretty much sold on any of the copper coated kitchen items. They all clean up so easily and have lasted much longer than my normal pans.

The VERY BEST out there. I made ooey, gooey cinnamon rolls and didn't use any spray first. After removing the buns, I ran the water in the sink and the leftover sticky stuff washed right off.

These pans clean up beautifully -- and items slide off easily. However, they warp in the oven. My pumpkin pies all dribbled over the side due to the pan warping. The heat was still within their stated recommended maximum tolerance of 500 degrees (425 for the initial 15 minutes for pumpkin pies), They could not handle the heat, for either rack position. I cannot recommend these for that reason.

This sheet is heavy but that only shows the quality. Nothing sticks and it conducts heat evenly with no warping.
