Not sure if this is giving me the nutrition I lack but I put it in my protein shakes and add agave syrup for sweetness. The taste is a little chalky so I wouldn't want to take it with just water.

I love the product. I've been adding it to my protein shakes in the morning. It has a great taste you would not know you are intaking so many fruits and vegetables.

Good product that is loaded to the max with vitamins and minerals which are essential. It is all pure ingredients in this and no other product matches it! The taste isn't too bad, just takes a couple times to get used to. I would use less water over using more water because it would be easier to take down. I would notice slight increase in daily energy and well being. I would recommend this to anyone trying to just improve daily health and to intake good amount of nutrients that could be lacking from their diet.
