After using the Dr. Scholl's custom fit orthotics that you get at CVS and Walmart after their machine evaluates your foot stress points for a couple of years, I found this orthotic on Amazon, and gave it a try. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and the custom fit one doesn't specifically address that condition. This insert is designed for plantar fasciitis, and really works great. It is easy to cut the toe area to fit your shoe, and I like that it is a full foot insert, as it gives a little extra padding for the ball of my foot. I have no heal pain when I wear this insert. The heel has extra cushioning that absorbs any shock while you are walking. The price is much more reasonable too, at around $15 vs $50-$55 for the custom fit ones. I have been using this insert for nearly two months, and highly recommend it.

It wasn't immediate but couple weeks later I'm almost pain free. If you have pf you know the pain got worse the longer you dealt with it. Same goes for getting better it takes time. I will never own a pair of shoes without having these insoles again.

One of the only things I've found which actually gives me relief. I put them into my hiking shoes and I'm able to now walk around when I get home instead of having to lie on the sofa for an hour waiting for the pain to stop. Highly recommended.

Wow. If you suffer from planter fasciitis like I do, you need these. It was instant relief. I have a weekend job where I'm on my feet all day, 11 hours. Its amazing how instantly these worked. About 2 months in and still works great.

These have been the best solution I have found for my plantar fasciitis pain prevention. They are easy to cut and insert. I have been wearing them for a couple weeks now and the pain is drastically reduced.
