Overall quality is good and I would recommend

If you go with the XL, its fairly difficult to keep it in place while covering a large opening. The included toggle will not hold much tension, though this is fixed by a quick knot. Overall quality is good and I would recommend.
nice for the price

good for the price, using it to minimize bugs or anything creeping into in my kayak cockpit while storing, they didn't have a small or medium size available but it is adjustable to fit my necky Manitou 13 in size large
An economical solution to help keep critters out

My Field & Stream Eagle Run has a very large cockpit, and the XL fit perfectly, with the elastic draw cord making for a nice snug fit. I bought this solely for the purpose of keeping bugs and spiders out of my yak while storing it, but it will certainly be off for transport. I read some of the other reviews about how theirs blew off while transporting their yak, and I honestly would have to say traveling down the road at 60-70mph, it will surely blow off...kind of a no brainer there. But for storage, no problem. An economical solution to help keep critters out.
Good for storing Kayaks, not traveling with them

These work for covering our kayaks while in storage, but not for traveling with them. We have 2 Aruba 10's & the fit it much worked to cover, but while on the car they blow off pretty easy. I have added Velcro to them to help secure while traveling with them. If you want to use these for keeping the spiders etc. out while storing them I think they work perfect. The elastic can be pulled tight & will keep them on for this use. But if you need them for travel to & from the lake I would look for something else.
Just looking for something to keep leaves and bugs out when stored? This is the one for you.

This did the job for my Trailblazer Pelican Kayak. Not that many choices available for this model. Yes, as one other user mentioned, it is a little tricky to get it installed on the kayak, but for the price what is anyone complaining about? We are only using it when we store it to keep bugs out. There was room to spare. It didn't seem that the small locking device worked as it should when pulled tight, so I just looped it to form a small knot.
