We love this swing... after we bought our own set up hardward... and basically wrote our own instructions. I am not sure I would have bought this had I know how IMPOSSIBLE it w as s to set up. Thankfully my husband is handy and was able to go out the correct hardware and just get rid of the "instructions" (which weren't even for this swing). So if you just want the fabric part of the swing, and have a handy DIY attitude... Go for it!

This is really great! I like that its cotton (most in this price range seem to be polyester) and my daughter loves it! Its perfect for her to focus on reading. It includes all the hardware, which looks good, though we already had some to hang it from. Since it has a clip, you can move it around and take it down easily. We hung it from a beam outside when it was warmish here. If you don't want a pvc pillow, you can stuff regular pillows in. It supposedly has a high weight limit but its pretty cozy for my small almost-ten year old, so I don't know that it would really work for a bigger person.
Probably best for a 5-10 yr old

Arrived when expected. Material is like canvas and had a smell when I pulled it out of the box but I guess it aired out enough that I didn't feel the need to wash it, mostly because then I'm afraid for it to fall apart (not that it doesn't seem strong and secure). Pillow also smells like a new pool toy at first. The instructions are seriously the worst! It does not come with a cover for the "pillow" BUT there is a zipper inside that you put it in. I tried fully inflated and quite a bit less- my two yr old just kinda sinks to the back/sides so I think it's for sure for older kids, but eventually it will be worth it! For being a adventurous climber he's afraid to get in it without help since it moves.
Ok so we found a stud used a drill bit a little smaller than the hardware it came with and hammered it straight in. Then took pliers and twisted the hook part which opens up the shaft making it not fall out.
