Arrived missing a plastic sheet-rock anchor but other than that it was good. I paired it with a mechanical timer and now I have warm towels when I get out of the shower in the morning and they dry faster afterward, without a so much as a light moldy scent.

I am pleased with this rack, and do not understand people saying it doesn't get warm enough. After 10 minutes I checked with my instant digital thermometer and it's at 125.4 F .... hotter than that and it would scorch your towels!?! It is on the small side BUT that is why I bought it .. don't have room for a larger one. And the price was great ... especially on Amazon Warehouse deals!
